    I loved your interview! As one of the many you introduced to mindful writing years ago it was lovely to read about the relationship you engender between Zen and creativity, and especially how you feel there is never any disparity or dissonance between them both. Thank you!

      thank you, edith. You say it just right. Each discipline helps us to embody total presence when we give ourselves completely to what is before us. Hard to make something real for ourselves or others in creative work from the ‘outside’, and, likewise, hard to be real to ourselves (or others) if we try to live from outside these very lives. So, yes. There is no disparity at all.
